Angie is an expressive landscape artist who began painting in her early 30s, going on to study a Fine Art degree at Plymouth University. "I paint Britain’s obsession with the weather," she says. "After extensive travelling I realised that as a country we comment on it with frequency and emotion and my paintings are a celebration of that." Angie lives minutes from the coastline and paints in a response to the influence of the ever changing elements on the south west landscape. My paintings reflect the impact of the weather on the scene I'm portraying and the dance between sea, sand and sky and my emotional and expressive reaction to it." Her paintings, available in selected galleries, are in private collections in the UK and abroad.
