Tanya started painting realism art, focusing on wildlife, where she went on to win a number of awards and has had her art shown in a number of exhibitions on an international level. A few years ago, she went on to study contemporary art techniques at Accademia D’Arte, Florence and now she paints both realist and impressionistic art. Recent commissions include a set of six stamps for the Royal Mail, release date April 2018, also a number of horse paintings. She has been invited to be on the judging panel for the large international Golden Turtle Wildlife competition in Russia. You can view Tanya’s work at her small art gallery, part of the Tithe Barn Galleries and Workshops, Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, but she is also keen to show at other galleries. Awards: BBC Wildlife Artist of the year 2012- Winner of the ‘Frozen Plant’, BBC Wildlife Artist 2013, ‘World Birds’, ‘Animals in their Environment’, runner up in ‘Endangered Animals’, and twice commended in ‘British Birds’, once in ‘Animals in their environment’. Specially Commended for a painting at Russia’s International Competition, Golden Turtle, 2015. Art selected from ‘The Birds in Art 2014’,  Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum, for the USA tour. Finalist International Artist Wildlife competition 2014, and Finalist in David Sheppard Wildlife Artist of the Year, for many years. Work shown internationally and presented in Mall Galleries.
