I am an award winning, Nottingham based wildlife artist, twice a finalist in the British Art Prize and recipient of the Princess Michael of Kent Award at the Society of Women Artists exhibition. My work has been exhibited and sold at the Mall Galleries and the London Art Biennale, and featured at Hopton Hall Gallery, Ashbourne. After studying graphic design and illustration at Central Saint Martins, I began my career as a mural artist, creating large-scale work for theme parks, sports centres and private clients. Today, I focus on my true passion: wildlife and animal portraiture. Working in acrylics, I build layers of paint and glazes to achieve lifelike fur and expressive detail, capturing the personality and presence of each subject. Some of my paintings are set against bold, colourful backdrops, others place the animal in its natural habitat, and some are anthropomorphic, with animals in glasses and scarves. Looking ahead, I plan to keep growing my wildlife practice and exhibit in new galleries and venues. I am also a pet portrait artist, creating bespoke commissions of much-loved companions.
