Elected Chair of the Contemporary Glass Society, Susan Purser Hope ran her Midlands based commercial interior design consultancy for many years until changing direction in 2005 when she returned to university to study glass making. In 2013 she moved to North Norfolk, fulfilling a lifetime's ambition to live by the sea and in 2021 she relocated to Brixham in Devon. Her work features fused and painted forms that hold secrets and stories, creating explosions of potent, dynamic colour and shapes in a three-dimensional format. Susan can testify that life is never dull within the world of glass.
